How much is it going to cost to have my order delivered?
Orders over £100.00 are shipped carriage free, all orders under this value are charged at between 50p & £8.50 depending on weight. Most orders are shipped on a Next Working Day delivery service.
Where can I have my goods delivered to?
If this is your first order or you haven't created a user profile, you will only be able to have your goods delivered to the registered address of the card you are paying with.
Customers who create a user profile and have successfully completed an order may have there goods delivered to any alternative address, i.e. Workplace, at no extra charge.
Do you delivery at the weekend?
A weekend delivery service will be available at the checkout in the near future. Weekend delivery carries a surcharge of £15.00 regardless of the order value.
What time will my order be delivered?
We use either Initial Citylink or Royal Mail to delivery all orders.
If you purchase a small item like a CD or bulb then your order will be sent via Royal Mail, this will be delivered via your normal post.
If your order is over 1kg it will be sent using Initial Citylink, unfortunately due to cost involved we are unable to stipulate a delivery time, only that your goods will be delivered anytime between 9.30am and 5.30pm.
Do you export goods out of the UK?
We do not export goods from the UK and currently have no plans to implement an export service.
Products returns
All products bought from us are covered by a 1 year warranty. If your product becomes faulty within 14 days of delivery we will arrange for an exchange free of charge. If you decide you do not wish to have the product replaced we will offer a Full Refund.
If your product is more than 14 days old but within a year, we will arrange collection at a cost of £10.00 to the customer, your goods will be repaired free of charge and returned to you. All warranty work will be carried out and your item will be returned within 7 days.
